At Harbour City Films your wedding videographer is also your editor hence we are able to retain the insights gained from your wedding day into your edited videos. Wedding Videography Service

Harbour City Films provide a friendly, flexible and personal service. This is the general process we follow in the lead up to your wedding day;

Demo DVD & Info Pack
Initially a demo dvd & info pack will be mailed out to you. Booking information is included in the pack and you are welcome to schedule a meeting with Rachael to discuss your videography options.

Initial Meeting
Rachael will provide general information about wedding videography that covers most questions that couples often ask.   You will probably have your own questions especially if you are considering tailoring your own packages.  It is an opportunity to understand what type of wedding you are planning and any elements that have a particular importance to you.

2 Weeks Prior to Your Wedding
We can either meet in person or discuss the final details by phone. The schedule of your wedding day will now have the detail required to finalise filming times and locations. Rachael will run through a series of questions to extract information from you to assist in producing a wedding video that focuses on all the right people and things.

Bookings
Bookings can be accepted from 18 months prior to your wedding. Dates are reserved on a first come first served bases and it is generally recommended to complete your booking at the initial meeting as availability is guaranteed at that time.

Attendance at ceremony rehearsals or other events in the lead up to your wedding is possible if it will assist in the quality of your wedding video.
